My Career Journey
I believe art and design have the power to redefine and alleviate community frustrations. Having spent considerable time navigating and understanding frustration in various contexts, I've learned that it's a complex yet actionable emotion. My journey has led me to projects focused on understanding human behavior and addressing the root causes of dissatisfaction.

As a community muralist, I collaborated with community members to challenge negative perceptions and address local frustrations. Transitioning to roles in program development, such as those at Gracie Mansion Conservancy, I found myself drawn to enhancing user experiences. Though initially focused on event planning and exhibit development, I discovered a passion for user experience, website management, and product design.

I aim to apply my insights and skills as a product designer and project manager to create solutions prioritizing user satisfaction and minimizing frustration. I strive to empower organizations to understand their audiences, develop meaningful experiences, and drive positive change through design.
